11/7/23 – Here are the October property figures for select cities in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Just 20 sales between Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. Unlike Torrance and Redondo Beach, the meager sales in Manhattan and Hermosa will cause gyrations in prices from month to month, making price trends indiscernible. New construction there will dictate price movement.
