1/10/23 – Here are the results for the 4th quarter of my home price indexes for North Redondo Beach. It covers the three main types of homes found there. As you can see, the “two-on-a-lot” townhomes have fared the best while the “tall-n-skinny” homes have shown declines from the previous and the 4th quarter of 2021.
