Quarterly Home Price Index Results

4/10/22 – Here are property results from the indices I produce for specific property types in North Redondo Beach. For the “Tall & Skinny” and “2-On-A-Lot” homes, prices jumped dramatically from Q1 2021 to Q1 2022. The “3-On-A-Lot” homes showed a 29% increase in Q4 2021 compared to Q4 2020.
