1/7/25 – Nice price bumps in December for these South Bay cities except for Hermosa Beach where prices were flat from last month. Redondo Beach showed a spike in sales while Torrance sales fell off a cliff. Nevertheless, Torrance home prices ended the year over 17% higher while Redondo ended 14% higher.
