1/2/23 – Here are the numbers for December and the full year for select cities in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Sales overall definitely trended downward. Redondo Beach and Torrance prices were fairly steady throughout the year. Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach prices were all over the map, due in large part to small sales bases, new construction, and highly diffuse prices.
