South Bay Residential Property Results For February

3/5/24 – Here are February property numbers for select cities in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Aside from small Hermosa Beach, the other three cities recorded a jump in sales from January. On prices, Manhattan Beach is susceptible to large price swings due to its smallish sales base and disparity in prices, such as between Liberty Village and Hill Section homes.
