3/7/25 – With buyers from the Westside descending upon the beach cities, it’s not too surprising that February property sales skyrocketed in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. Hermosa records a 17.2% gain in the median home price from January. Redondo Beach and Torrance notch healthy gains as well.
