8/5/24 – Here are the July property numbers for the beach cities area of Los Angeles. Not too surprisingly, all four cities recorded an increase in sales. The Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach markets are too small and varying too widely in price points from month to month, respectively, to be able to discern any meaningful trend.
These figures have been scrubbed of teardown properties so connect with me if you’d like to know the latest prices paid for lots in the beach
