South Bay Residential Property Results For March

5/5/24 – The April property numbers for the beach cities and Torrance show the start of the selling season. Redondo sales almost double while Torrance sales jump by 30%. As the median price hit $3.2MM in Manhattan Beach, not too surprised that sales fell there. Given the small sales base, Manhattan and Hermosa prices can fluctuate wildly from month to month. Redondo and Torrance prices are in a much tighter range looking over the past months.
